Autumn Newsletter 2017

Posted on March 28, 2017
Welcome to the latest edition of The Curtain Exchange newsletter. So far Autumn has been a reminder of our Summer with so many warm days.

This year interior design looks for cool inspiration in nature. Natural fibres and textures are a feature, teamed with an abundance of fresh foliage.

The Latest Look...trends for this year.

Organics and nature make an impact for 2017, with a focus on wellbeing. The colour of the year is 'Greenery' and furnishings are reflecting the outdoors, with accents in rich hues of emerald green and deep amethyst. Pastels are finding a place in our homes with muted pinks, pale coral and soft greys.

Texture is everything. We return to authentic textural surfaces like terracotta, cork and sisal, combined with a fresh backdrop in green to bring a renewed vitality, energy and brightness to any room. We are excited to add Sisal to our collection of interior floor treatments we can offer.

For the latest look, seamlessly mix patterns, colours and cultures with Nomadic and Tribal influences...Think Morocco and the Aztecs to create a bold, inspiring cohesion of colour. A gorgeous Sisal covered floor or large rug will embody the latest tribal trend.

Romance is making a comeback. Its all about lifestyle… creating a soft romantic atmosphere. Transform with translucent fabrics and floaty silks…design a refined and subtle look, with the generous use of light romantic fabrics. Add a touch of drama that embodies elegance…envision opulence with velvet, take chic to a new level with sleek silver

Come in and see the gorgeous new fabrics we have sourced for 2017. We look forward to seeing you.

From the Team at The Curtain Exchange.
